Andy lives in Woodley and has done so for most of his life. He was originally from a motor trade and customer service background and moved into property management over twenty five years ago as a junior negotiator, progressing to be where he is today, as the Managing Director of Landmark Estate Agents. Outside of the office, Andy volunteers with Reading Samaritans and enjoys reading, movies, trips to the theatre and walking the dogs!
Andrew Harris
Director
Andrew has lived in Woodley since 1976 and commenced working as an Estate Agent in 1995 within the local Reading area. In September 2009 he became a Director of Landmark Estate Agents and, along with the team, has made Landmark the successful business that it is today. Andrew enjoys clay pigeon shooting, fishing and socialising and is an avid Volkswagen and Porsche enthusiast.
Clair Young
Lettings Administrator
Clair is an experienced property manager being ARLA qualified and who joined Landmark in 2013. An asset to the team Clair brings a wealth of knowledge to the company and looks after all aspects of administration associated with our ever expanding rental portfolio. With a lively seven year old daughter, Clair spends most of her free time revolving around childrens parties, clubs and school events.
Tracy Why
Lettings Administrator
Tracy joined us in 2009, coming from a strong background in property sales. The back bone of our team, she keeps us all on our toes and oversees the day to day management of our rental portfolio, along with sales progression of our sales department. Tracy has an active social life and amongst other things is a keen gardener, hedgehog and wildlife enthusiast and of course, eating out!
Garry Higley

Garry lives locally in Reading with his wife and three children and enjoys clay pigeon shooting, spending time with his family and socialising. Garry has had many years as a Financial Adviser and joined our team in 2014 and can offer mortgage, protection, retirement planning along with all your savings and investment needs.
