If you cannot find a property that suits your needs, please register your details with us, we will be happy to keep you updated on new properties as soon as they come onto the market.

Tenants will be required to pay the equivalent of one weeks rent as a holding deposit and five weeks rent as a security deposit against damages and dilapidations.

We always endeavour to make your move run as smoothly as possible, a member of our team is always on hand to answer any questions and guide you through the moving process.

Fees that may arise during the course of a tenancy:


Holding deposit equivalent of one weeks rent Dependent on monthly rent
Loss of keys                 Reasonable costs to replace keys or locks
Variation of contract or change of tenant / sharer £50.00
Surrender of tenancy Landlord costs in re-letting of property
Late rental payment of fourteen or more days. 3% above Bank of England base rate per annum


All fees are including V.A.T unless otherwise specified
